Elizabeth.W did not know how to read a valid Canadian passport, and was extremely disrespectful, ignorant and unwelcoming. I had to search up how to read a passport to show her where my year of birth was…Staff needs to be trained properly with customer service as well as ID procedures because that was embarrassing and unprofessional. Will not be back.

Usually quiet. Slow service. Online it said there was only 3 of a specific bottle in stock but there was more in store.

Great store, love the display, employees very knowledgeable & friendly. Clean & socially distanced.......sanitizers available when coming in & going out of the store. Always love going into LCBO

This is such a lovely store, quaint and well stocked. Knowledgable staff and always helpful. One employee named Rob was very helpful finding me some gIn drinks. A couple times I've been in though, there's this one employee who always cuts other employees off while they're talking, like he's more knowledgable. Bit annoying!

Super friendly staff, well stoked shelves.There are 3 LCBO close to my place, but I love to go to this one.(and it is just in front of the GO Station, in case you have guests coming over and need to pick something up on the way back from work)

I pop in very rarely. Only when a recipe calles for a red or white wine. Noticed that they re-organized the products. Spent a few more minutes walking down each aisle to see where everything ended up. Store was not crowded and clean.
